SUBDUING FEROCIOUS WOLVES
![]()
John 10:1-16
1 "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
2 "But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
7 Then Jesus said to them again, "Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.
11 "I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.
12 "But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.
16 "And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.Embedded in the words of Jesus, in John 10:1-16, God gives us the key to keep ferocious wolves out of the ministry. In them, we will also see how the thieves and robbers entered the Church of God. If the Church had taken heed to these words, false prophets and deceivers would not have been able to come in. And now, all the more we will have to know this key because we have the task to expose and drive these wolf spirits out of the Church and to continually keep them out! Essentially, wolves enter the sheepfold in 2 ways - through wrong (deceived) teachings and wrong (or no) pastoral care, and the solution to them both is actually the same.
THE THEOLOGICAL PART
It is clear that the shepherd referred to was the Lord Himself. It is also clear that the flock referred to was the Jews and the other sheep that were to be brought into the fold were to be the Gentiles, so that there would be one Sheepfold and one Shepherd. Thus the Gentiles are to be brought into the Hebrew Sheepfold, grafted into the Jewish Olive Tree, not starting a new sheepfold or planting a new olive tree apart from the existing Jewish one. But it has been erroneously believed that because the Jews failed God, they have been replaced by the Christians (called the spiritual Jews). Yet very clearly, this parable of Jesus tells us that God did not repudiate the Jewish Sheepfold or Jewish Olive Tree to start another new one. Because there are "other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd" and "And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree" (John 10:16; Rom 11:17,NKJ)
Here is another interesting observation. In this parable, Jesus said He is the door and also the shepherd. How can He be both at the same time? He being the Shepherd is easily understood, but in what way is He the door? There can only be one explanation. Jesus Christ is the Word, the Living Torah, the Way (of the Law and Prophets) through which He was to come into the Sheepfold, thus the door. That's why He is the door and the Shepherd at the same time. Jesus said that He was sent to the Jews (sheep in the Sheepfold), manifested as the promised Messiah coming through the Law and the Prophets, which also functioned as the foundation and cultural backdrop for the new move that He was to spearhead. This understanding is absolutely important because anybody who comes in by any other way (other than through the Torah and Prophets) would be identified by Jesus as robbers and thieves. Which means that any other gospels that are neither Hebraic in nature nor are Biblically patriarchal in nature are not of God. It also means that the Hebraic roots and the ways of the patriarchal fathers are essential for correct understanding and interpretation of the Gospels and writings of the Apostles. This is the only way how wolves can be identified and kept out of the Church.
But because the Church failed to understand this, wolves that came in by other ways were able to deceptively take control of the Sheepfold, making it into the synagogue of Satan (Rev 2:13, 3:9). Acts 20:29, Paul said, "For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock". Wolves from Rome (religious) and Western Europe (cultural) had ferociously overtaken the Church and turned it into a heathen temple of idol worship, and a slaughter ground for true Jewish and Christian believers. Despite revivals and renewals in the 15th century until now, the "urine, defecation and stinking smells" of the wolves still stain the Church grounds because the Hebraic roots and Patriarchal order of God are still not yet reinstated into the present-day Universal Church. She is still very much soaked in heathen culture, doctrines and teachings, and drunk with the wine of Jezebel. Even though the brazen statue as dreamt by Nebuchadnezzar fell and the last Kingdom of the Roman Empire broke into pieces, there is still a need for the wind of God to blow away the mess of the Dark Ages and cleanse the Church of her filth. A big clean-up is still needed, which is the reason for this website and other similar ministries to be raised in these Last Days. There is a dire need to repair the door and to drive out the wolf spirits from the Sheepfold of God.
Apostle Paul warned us not to accept any other gospel other than what they had preached. But what did they preach? The New Testament was not yet compiled, therefore what they preached were the Law and Prophets plus Christ. We can see this same pattern in the first few sermons in the Book of Acts. Thus when the NT, (the preachings, teachings and epistles of the apostles) came into existence, it must be read and interpreted with the OT (Law and Prophets) as the foundation and against the Hebraic heritage (Jewish culture and practices) as the backdrop.
In truth, there is no such thing as a New Testament. There are no 2 Testaments before God. God has only one WORD one Testament and a Covenant that had been renewed many times from Noah to Abraham, to Moses, to David and to Christ. (The "Renewed Covenant" that Jesus mentioned had been wrongly translated as "New Covenant") We may say that there is the earlier part (BC) and later part (AD) of the Testament, but not 2 Testaments. There can be many diversities and operations of gifts and anointing from time to time, but there must only be 1 doctrinal root; the Biblical Hebraic roots that hold up the Gospels. And it is only upon this foundation and against this backdrop that all scriptures must be interpreted. Thats the reason why to this day, there remains only 1 Judaism doctrine while there are so many denominations of conflicting doctrines that oppose one another in Christianity (wolf spirits). Clearly, the Church had departed and must return to her roots, the Biblical Hebraic forefathers, yet not in a ritualistic manner as according to traditions, but to the spirit of the Law, and the ways of the Patriarchal fathers. There is no other way to guard the door well, except by discerning with the Hebraic roots and no way to keep the sheep safe except by building up the Biblical Patriarchal wall.
I was told, how unfortunate it was that Jesus and the Apostles did not give enough detailed information regarding themselves for us to live by. My answer is that it is not unfortunate, but rather it is Gods deliberate intention not to duplicate or replace the teachings of the Law and the Prophets (The Tanakh) and the Oral Law (Talmud), where we can learn every aspect of practical life. Christians must know that Jesus did not just quote from the Torah (Written Law) but also from the Oral Law, where there are instructions detailed in every way for us to intelligently apply the spirit of the Law and the ways of our patriarchal forefathers. Without the Tanakh and Talmud, the Testament AD (NT) is never complete in teaching us how to live the abundant life that Jesus promised!
With these, we can be certain that the wolves will be kept out of the boundaries of Gods Sheepfold, if we return to the Hebraic roots and Biblical Patriarchy.
THE PASTORAL PART
Not only must we return to the roots doctrinally, we must also build up the Biblical Patriarchal walls against the wolves by living out the Kingdom-minded ways of our patriarchal forefathers. Every shepherd must be like them in all relationships and leadership and be ready to lay down his life as they did for the Kingdom. A shepherd must never be a hireling that cares first for himself, but he must lay down his life for the sheep. Kingdom and ministry are first before family and self. We used to hear that family must be first, otherwise we would be so absorbed in ministry and family would be forsaken. This is not true at all, because if one truely put the Kingdom first, he would have the Spirit of God, and if he has the Spirit of God, he would know how to look after his family and find time for it. People who are not patriarchal would already have problems managing their families, and they use the ministry as an avenue of escape, as well as an excuse for their failings. One who rules well in ministry would also be one who rules well at home, because the way one runs his home would inevitably be reflected in the way he runs his ministry.
A true shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. By this we know that the shepherd is a true one, one that would have a true relationship with his sheep, out of love and calling, not out of needs or benefits. But that also means that he must make his sheep productive otherwise he is not a good servant. Unless he is a weak servant which is not acceptable, he must shear their wool and make them willing sacrifices for the Kingdom. Through the patriarchal relationship, the sheep hear and submit to the voice and guidance of the Shepherd and His under-shepherds, and will not heed that of others (strangers and wolves in sheepskins).
In all true ministries of God, there must be patriarchal relationships. I used to say that while blood is thicker than water, spirit is stronger than blood. The Israelites were first a family, a tribe, then a nation. The community of God is not first a club, but rather first a home and a Kingdom. Every Jew knows that his fellow Jew is not just another fellow believer who worships the same God but also one who has the same forefathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And also that the ways of God are manifested in these fathers and other patriarchs like Moses and David that they should model after. The same must apply to a Biblically Patriarchal church or ministry.
Unless there is a true patriarchal relationship, the sheepfold would inevitably be infiltrated and the sheep scattered by wolves, or the sheep would some day be sent by the hand of God to a true shepherd somewhere. This is a challenge that is posed to all shepherds that unless they patriarchally lead their flock, their sheepfolds would be ravished, robbed and destroyed. It has happened to the Universal Church, it can happen to any sheepfold.
