IS MONOGAMY OF
GOD? There is however much more than meets the eyes. There are more unanswered questions about marriages today than any other times in history when monogamy was not so strongly enforced, like why are there more abandoned women, children and old people in such civilized and cultured monogamous societies? Why the more monogamous the nation, the higher are such figures? Why are there more and more unfulfilled marriages resulting in other forms of "marriage" such as same-sex marriage and co-habitation without marriage? Why is there a sharp rise of polyamory which is union of any other kind, of same-sex partners to multiple bi-sexual partners, anything, as long as it is not monogamy? Why is there such an outcry and revolt against the established monogamy institution which is now viewed as a bondage and a prison? Why is the number one advocate of monogamy, the feminism movement softening her stand towards her number one archenemy, polygamy, and embracing it instead? In this the Church is about to be forsaken by the feminism movement whom she once courted and adored, and in pleasing her, enforced "should-be" monogamy to exalt her exclusively, thus persecuted patriarchy and polygamy which in the beginning were the practices of her own founding fathers. Inevitably, we are forced to take stock and to reconsider if monogamy is of God. And if it is, then what actually went wrong, and whether if we should continue to enforce monogamy as the only institution of marriage sanctioned by God? Click to enter
